For years, there has been a fascination with finding the g-spot. But what about penis bodies? Do they have one too? Well, kind of, it’s called the P-spot and many are still reluctant to experiment with it.

What is it and how do I find it?

The P-spot is present in people assigned male at birth. It’s called the P-spot because it’s found on the prostate, a small gland found just below the bladder and in front of the rectum.  It’s about the size of a walnut and produces a thick, white fluid that gets mixed with sperm to create semen.

When you climax while stimulating your P-spot (known as a prostate orgasm), it creates a pleasurable sensation throughout the entire body that can lead to more powerful orgasms. This is caused by the  multiple nerve endings that surround the prostate which make sexual activity much more enjoyable.

The P-spot isn’t all that difficult to find, but it does require a little patience. The most direct way to stimulate it is from the inside of the anus. The prostate is located around two inches inside the canal, and since it swells upon arousal, it is easy to find. This can be done with your fingers (or your partner’s) or with sex toys specially designed for anal use. However, if you are interested in giving anal play a try but still want to take it slow you can stimulate the perianal area and also try to put pressure on the prostate from the outside with your fingers.

Cis men have until very recently, been shamed when it comes to openly admiting they enjoy anal play. The idea of prostate pleasure has always been associated with homosexuality. Some people  get carried away by the homophobic views of society and don’t experiment out of fear of what others may think and what it may mean for their sexual identity . This fear of being perceived as gay is called “homohysteria” and it usually happens when straight men transgress masculine gender norms. It’s perhaps the biggest cause of stigma towards anal play and a direct consequence of a culture that distributes privilege unequally according to gender and sexuality.

Yet, times are changing, and penis owners  are starting to break away from judgements about their manhood and experimenting with their bodies. So, curious ones, don’t be afraid to give it a go! We can assure you your life won't be the same.
