How do I control my Vibio toy?
There are 2 ways to control your toy:
Vibrator control button: To turn your Vibio toy on, press and release the control button. The first mode is the pairing mode. To switch to control mode press the button again. To progress to the next vibration level, press the button one more time - there are 4 manual levels in all our toys. To turn off your Vibio toy, simply press and hold for 3 seconds.
Vibio app: Download the Vibio app. Open the app and follow the onscreen instructions. The app will give you more control features and patterns. And you can play with your partner across the room or from anywhere in the world.

I turned on the toy but it doesn't vibrate
Please follow these steps to rule out any technical problems:
Using the toy in manual mode (without the app):
1) Turn on your toy by pressing the power button for 2s (until you hear the short vibration)
2) The toy should now be in discovery mode ready to pair (no vibrations)
3) Press the on button again, this time just a short press. The toy should start vibrating.
Using the toy with the app:
1) Open Vibio app and log in to your account
2) Turn on your toy by pressing the power button for 2s (until you hear the short vibration)
3) The toy should now be in discovery mode ready to pair (no vibrations)
4) Press connect toy in the Profile screen or Play screen
5) Press play button on the top right corner of the Play screen after completing the tutorial

The toy connects to the app but it doesn't vibrate
Please follow these steps to rule out any technical problems:
First, make sure the toy is not paired via the phone's Bluetooth settings screen. The Vibio app should take care of the connection itself, if you do it the other way around it won't connect properly.
Then, connect the toy while it's turned on and on discovery mode (no vibrations) instead of doing so when the toy is vibrating.
Try following these steps in this order:
1) Open Vibio app and log in to your account
2) Turn on your toy by pressing the power button for 2s (until you hear the short vibration)
3) The toy should now be in discovery mode ready to pair (no vibrations)
4) Press connect toy in the Profile screen or Play screen
5) Press play button on the top right corner of the Play screen after completing the tutorial

How do I charge my Vibio toy?
You will see a small lightning symbol⚡️ in the silicone where the mini DC cable should be inserted. Plug the USB cable into a USB port or a USB adaptor and connect to a power source. A light on the control button on your Vibio toy will illuminate and blink while it is charging; when it is completely charged, the light will illuminate solid.
Where is Frida's charging port?
The hole for the cable is at the tip of the widest part of Frida. You’ll see a small lightning bolt ⚡️where you have to insert it. The silicone covering goes over it when the cable is not in to maintain the waterproof property.
When you insert the cable, make sure it's fully plugged in the port. Try pressing it a bit harder until you feel it get to the end and the LED light starts blinking. This shouldn't damage the device so don't worry about exerting pressure. -

Do you have magnetic chargers?
All our toys, as described in the product details, are USB chargeable. We don't currently support magnetic chargers.

How do I clean my Vibio toy?
Neutral soap and water before and after every use. Never boil, bake, microwave or put your Vibio toy or cable in a dishwasher.

Where should I store my Vibio toy?
We recommend that you store your Vibio toy and its cable on the splashproof pouch provided to keep the dust out.

How long is the Bluetooth range?
Without obstacles: 40m (130ft). With obstacles: 15m (50ft).

Does the Bluetooth connection work through clothes?
Yes. The signal will work through all conventional clothing materials: cotton, nylon, wool, leather, etc. However, it can be weakened through metallic barriers, water, and when completely enveloped by flesh.

Are all Vibio toys waterproof?
Yes! You can enjoy them in the shower or bath anytime.

My toy doesn't vibrate under water. What can I do?
All our toys work on manual mode underwater. However, when connected to the app, bodies of water can block the Bluetooth signal, which could cause the toy to stop vibrating.

How durable are the Vibio toys?
We use some of the best internal components in our industry and our batteries last hundreds of charges, ensuring that your toys will last years before needing to be replaced.

Where do you ship?
For now, our shipping zones are Europe, North America and Australia. If you live in a country outside this areas please contact us.

Are all taxes included in the price?
Yes, all taxes are included. You may be required to pay customs depending on the country you live in.

How long does shipping take?
We use express shipping in all orders, typically Europe and North America orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. For the rest of the countries you can expect your order to be delivered within 7-10 working days.

We use some of the most durable and high quality components in the industry, which results in an extremely low defect rate. In the unlucky case that your product turns out defective, we have a one year warranty for all orders with proof of purchase.
